How do your products work?
Our products contain safe and effective whitening ingredients that allow anyone to whiten their teeth at home or on the move. All of our products come with detailed instructions in the package and can also be found on the product detail page.
Are your products safe?
Yes. Our products contain hydrogen peroxide, the same ingredients used by dentists. In general, the most well-known dangers of teeth whitening include tooth sensitivity or gum irritation, which only lasts for a short period of time.
Who are your products NOT recommended for?
Our products are not recommended for children under 14 years of age or women who are pregnant or nursing. We also do not recommend our products for people with braces or dental restorations. Our products will only whiten natural teeth.
How long do I need to use your products to see results?
Instructions for each product are provided on the product page and come with each product. We recommend 7-10 days of consecutive use for best results. It's also important to take care of your teeth and to avoid staining foods such as coffee, tea, wine and soda when possible.
How long will my whitening results from using your products last?
Teeth whitening results will vary from person to person, but most results last for 1-3 months with proper hygiene and limiting of staining food and beverages.
What ingredients are in your products?
Our products contain carbamide peroxide or hydrogen peroxide, both effective whitening agents used by dentists.

Will your products affect my dental work?
Our products are safe for caps, crowns and veneers, but will not whiten these dental restorations. We also do not recommend using our products on dental braces as whitening can be uneven, messy and uncomfortable.
How often should I whiten my teeth with your products?
This will vary from product to product, but generally we recommend whitening for 7-14 days for best results.
Will I feel any sensitivity or irritation using your products?
People who use our products as directed rarely experience discomfort or tooth sensitivity. However, if sensitivity or discomfort does occur, we suggest waiting 24 hours before using the product again or whitening for a shorter period of time. Any tooth sensitivity or discomfort that occurs is only temporary and does not require medical treatment.
How long after using your products should I wait to eat or drink?
We recommend waiting at least 1 hour before consuming food or beverages. After whitening, your teeth will become more porous, making them easier to stain. It is best to whiten your teeth before bed or after meals with long gaps in between.
What is the shelf life of your products? Are there any special care instruction?
Each product includes an expiration date (generally 2 years) and should be stored in a cool, dry place. Gel can also be stored in the refrigerator. Whitening gel that is exposed to heat or varying room temperatures may lose its efficacy.
Are your products tested on animals?
None of our products are tested on animals and are 100% cruelty-free.

What is your return policy?
We provide a 60 day risk free trial on all purchases. If for any reason you are unsatisfied, simply contact us to begin the refund process.
My product arrived broken, malfunctioning, or defective.
Please contact us and we’d be happy to send a replacement or fix any issues.
How do I track my order?
Once your product has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your package.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Additions, changes and cancellations to your order can be made at any time prior to shipment. If you need to make a change, addition or cancel your order, please contact support as soon as possible. If the item has already shipped, we won't be able to cancel the order or make a change until you receive the item. In that case, you will have to file a return to get a refund or change your order.
